New Mom Tea: Drink 1-2 cups per day, morning or night.

Magnesium Bath Soak: Add 3-4 scoops to warm bath water and soak for 30 minutes.

Bump Oil: Massage gently onto clean, dry or damp skin in circular motions. Apply 3-4 drops to areas prone to stretch marks.

Dry Shampoo: Tilt the bottle and lightly squeeze along the scalp. Massage the scalp for volume, then brush until evenly distributed and style.
