Step 4: Moisturize and Nourish

Evening Exhale:

Step 1: Boil fresh water.
Step 2: Place 1 tea bag in a 8 oz mug.
Step 3: Pour hot water over the tea.
Step 4: Steep for 5–7 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the tea bag - large pyramid bag intended for 2 uses
Step 6: Enjoy warm. Optional: add a teaspoon of honey for extra sweetness and soothing flavor.
